Barrier Island Strong (“Sponsor”), a Madeira Beach Florida nonprofit corporation and 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization (EIN: 33-3972644).

Address: 872 Bay Point Dr., Madeira Beach, FL 33708.

1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited.  Officers, directors, employees, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to enter or win.

2. How to Enter

Paid Ticket Entries:

  • Raffle entries may be purchased during the entry period as follows:

                        $ 100 = 1 entry

                        $ 500 = 7 entries

                        $ 1,000 = 15 entries

  • Ticket sales open September 28, 2025 and close January 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
  • A maximum of 300 paid entries will be sold across all pricing tiers.
  • There is no limit on the number of entries an individual may purchase, provided that the total does not exceed the 300 paid-entry cap.

Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE):

To enter without a donation, hand-print your full legal name, full residential mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), email address, and phone number in black ink only on a single, plain, unlined 3”x5” white index card.  Place card in a sealed, stamped #10 business envelope.

One entry per envelope. Multiple entries in one envelope will be void.

Limit 15 free entries per household, regardless of the number of individuals residing at that address.

Each entry must be submitted separately in its own envelope. Submissions using multiple addresses for the same person, or multiple individuals at the same household address, will not increase the maximum entry limit and may be void.

Entries must be postmarked between December 20, 2025 and January 3, 2026, and received no later than January 9, 2026.

Incomplete, illegible, indecipherable, photocopied, mechanically reproduced, or late entries will be void. Sponsor’s determination of legibility and compliance is final.
